Sneak Peek

Wow! It's been a while, so let us dust off the cobwebs here and inform you of some stories that are currently in the works.

First, we have our first story featuring Mik'L of Jobus. Mik'l is friend of Tiegre's and they have often find themselves working together. Mik'L is quite an interesting character, so be sure ot join us for his first of many adventures.

Our next and final sneak peek is Tiegre story. There are many, many adventures of Tiegre and just as we are about to embark on a weekly Tiegre ongoing story, we will also shed a little light on the various adventures of Tiegre's past.

New Artist: Roedy Rillf

Roedy Rillf
Inspired by Kazu Kibuishi's Copper, Jamal has returned to write, letter, and color the adventures of Thomas. We put a call on the Internet via DeviantArt, Penciljack and Digital Webbing for a new Thomas artist. Many applied and we managed to finally whittle it down to just Roedy Rillf.

Roedy has completed the new designs for the main Thomas crew (KAtherine, Carl and Thomas) and has begun working on his first Thomas strip. After he has finished the pencils and inks, Jamal will jump in and complete the lettering and coloring. Our blog post on 15 June showcases Rillf's design for Thomad with Jamal's colors.

The new adventures of Thomas wil be a monthly feature updated on the 1st of every month starting in August and continuing every month until Jamal and Roedy run out of Thomas stories to tell.

Warmageddon State Address 15 June 2009

Excuse the dust as we complete this new site. Over the last year, our team of programmers have been transforming the Warmageddon web site to ready it for our online comics. Starting on the first of August, we will be begin releasing the complete line of Warmageddon comics (old and new).

There will be complete stories that will be later collected in print versions.

There will be a new monthly Thomas strip by Jamal and Roedy Rillf (see the new Thomas on the left).

Grant Perkins joins us to complete the second season of Eirian and Orumil just in time for us to launch an all new third season.

The third season will be a new weekly Eirian and Orumil adventure strip by Richard Nelson and Tyler Richlen. (see the image to the right).

On top of all that there is Tiegre, Asar, Izzy and Gunnar, the Senior Council and much, much more including the introduction of Rowan the Jungle Thief!

We have been working hard here at Warmageddon central during our year off and we hope that you take the time to see the wonderful new things to come.

As always, you can head over to our friends a Bull City Comics and purchase all the great Warmageddon comics, prints, original art and more.

Our next print project will be a reprint of the Warmageddon: Foundations TPB and an all new collected volume of Eirian and Orumil Season One and Two. Below are the finished covers for the Eirian and Orumil collection.

August also marks 5 years of Warmageddon. In celebration, Jamie Roberts is preparing 25 of Warmageddon inspired bean characters. In the store, there are prints of his versions of Tiegre, Izzy and Gunnar. This special set of bean characters will feature Tiegre, Izzy. Gunnar, Kiara, Ulmragha, Lilith, THF, Dorian, Carl, Kri'lang, Asar and many of your favorite Warmageddon characters.

The Return of Shane Nitzsche

Shane Nitzsche was one of the early artist of Warmageddon. He's responsible for number of designs including Tiegre. He left a while ago to pursue other opportunities and now he's back and working on layouts for a short Warmageddon story (Raven's Town) written by Stephen Forbes.
